Kelly McCann, a seasoned leader of battle-hardened, sharp, and tenacious construction and insurance law experts, heads Burnside Law Firm. With a laser-like focus on obtaining rightful compensation from construction companies and insurance companies, McCann has earned his reputation as a champion of homeowner rights.

 

Hailing from Billings, Montana, McCann's journey to becoming a homeowner rights advocate was paved with perseverance and dedication. After earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Montana, Missoula, he gained hands-on experience as a construction cost estimator. He then pursued his legal education at the University of Montana School of Law, where his prowess in trial advocacy earned him multiple awards and honors, including the prestigious CALI Award for Academic Excellence. Furthering his legal knowledge, he continued his education at the University of Colorado, Boulder, in order to better serve his homeowner clients.

 

When he's not fighting tirelessly for homeowners' rights, McCann dedicates his free time to volunteering and relishing the natural beauty of Oregon.
