Kelly McCann, Esq.
Kelly represents individuals and small businesses in litigation against contractors, insurance companies and corporations that hurt people. He focuses his practice in real estate and construction law; these are fields he knows well from his experience working as a project manager for a general contractor and as an analyst at a real estate investment company.
Kelly spends a significant portion of his practice on pro bono and public interest matters. Approximately 35% of Kelly's practice is dedicated to pro bono legal work on behalf of individuals and small businesses who otherwise could not afford to hire an attorney. In addition to his work on behalf of disadvantaged people and small businesses in a legal capacity, Kelly also spends a significant amount of time volunteering in a non-legal capacity.
When not fighting for the disadvantaged against contractors, insurance companies, and corporations that hurt people, Kelly enjoys adrenaline-inducing sports such as kiteboarding in Hood River in addition to skiing and mountain biking on Mount Hood.
