Born and raised in Billings, Montana, McCann’s path to becoming a champion for homeowners was shaped by grit, determination, and first-hand construction experience. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Montana, he worked as a construction cost estimator, gaining an insider’s perspective on how building projects are priced and executed. He went on to graduate from the University of Montana School of Law, where his aptitude for trial advocacy earned him multiple awards, including the CALI Award for Academic Excellence. To further strengthen his ability to serve homeowners navigating complex legal and real estate issues, McCann pursued advanced study at the University of Colorado Boulder, where he earned a Master of Science in Real Estate and was ranked at the top of his class.
