If closer review is appropriate, the firm may request selected photos, estimates, reports, policies, or correspondence and explain how to provide them.

A decision about the next step
The next step may be a conversation about representation, a narrower review, a referral, or an explanation that the matter is not a fit. A written agreement is required before representation begins.
